Meet Our History

There are stories that don't begin with a business plan, but with a whisper from the heart. Imperial Heritage was born not from a strategy, but from an almost intimate need: to preserve the beauty that others forget. It was the improbable dream of a 17-year-old girl, María Gabriela, who, while still walking the high school hallways, felt more affinity for objects that had survived wars, migrations, fires, loves, and losses than for the distractions that surrounded her.

María Gabriela didn't collect antiques out of fashion. She felt them. From a young age, she accompanied her parents to markets, auctions, and old houses, where everyone shared that almost religious silence that occurs when a classic piece speaks.

It was then that, with savings from their family, they decided to take the first step. Imperial Heritage would be an online antique store where they wouldn't just sell the physical piece but also its history and journey from the factory to the moment it arrived at the store; they wouldn't sell anything that they themselves weren't willing to preserve.

University life !!!

Over time, and as María Gabriela entered Arizona State University to study Art History, they decided to formalize the project. They hired María's father, Sergio, a meticulous and warm man with experience in logistics and customer service, to manage the day-to-day operations of the store while they continued to curate and select each piece. It was an act of trust and also of love: Imperial Heritage is not just a business, it is the shared heartbeat of a family.

Today, with over two years of work, the store has become a select corner of art and history in the American Southwest. Each object is chosen with museum-quality criteria and personal affection, precisely documented, and delivered into responsible hands. Thanks to their own transport system, every delivery within the state of Arizona is as ceremonial as it is emotional.

But beyond the luxury, what distinguishes Imperial Heritage is its soul. It's not about buying antiques; it's about embracing memories. About giving them a new life in homes where the old is valued as a symbol of what endures. And so, in every book, every portrait, every candelabra or clock, lives something more than the history of its maker: there also lives that of this family, who dared to turn their sensibility into a legacy.
